Students enrolled in AP Environmental Science conducted a cemetery demography lab at Mount Carmel Cemetery in order to investigate population growth within different eras of human society. Students will take this information to create survivorship curves and identify cultural, social and technological advancements that contribute to reproductive rates. Thank you Mr. Polashuk for the fun and educational experience.
The LHS Cross Country team had a great time at the League Championships. Robbie Seubert qualified for the District III Championship next Saturday, October 25th at 2:15pm at Big Spring HS with a time of 19:34. 🎽 👟 💙 💛 ⚡

Congratulations to Mason Peart, a LHS sophomore, who won the District III Class 2A boys' individual golf championship this weekend. Mason won the championship in a two-hole playoff against Benjamin Allwein of Annville-Cleona. This victory qualifies him for the PIAA Class 2A tournament scheduled for October 20-21st at Penn State's White Course.
