Spanish 4 students prepared Hispanic foods yesterday and had a little party to celebrate Día de Muertos! They enjoyed speaking in Spanish and making papel picado (confetti) while they ate some great food!

LHS Halloween Costume Day Monday 10/31
Littlestown High School's Interact Club has been participating in a fundraiser this month, called Trick-or-treat for UNICEF. UNICEF is the United Nations' children's fund. The agency delivers resources all over the world to children to improve their standard of living. Recently, UNICEF has been very active in Ukraine during the war, in Pakistan following historic flooding, and in places like Lebanon dealing with the ongoing refugee crisis.
LHS Interact Club's service project has consisted of fundraising for the cause online and through physical donations. On Tuesday, a group of members visited local homes to "trick-or-treat" for monetary donations. Please visit link if you'd like to donate.

LHS students took a trip to Thaddeus Stevens yesterday! Students toured the campus and learned about the various technical programs offered.
The winter sports meeting for parents and athletes will be held on Wednesday, November 9th at 6:00 PM in the high school auditorium. Team meetings will follow the general session.

The celebration begins at 8:45 am, and special guests are invited to arrive at 8:30 am for light snacks and refreshments.
