🎨 🖌️ 🖼️ Check out this art installation made by LHS Sophomore Noah E. (AP 3D Art Year 1). Noah really liked the idea of immersion & the idea of something that looks like it might go somewhere when it really doesn't (kinda like those cartoonish moments where they draw stairs on a wall and they actually work).
🍓👨🍳⏲️ Unique Culinary students took a break from taking notes to make a popular Korean street food called "Croffles" (aka croissant waffles.) Students topped these sweet, crispy treats with chocolate & strawberries.
⏲️ 🍪 👨🍳 The LHS Unique Culinary students made homemade cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing.
👨🍳🍕 ⏲️ Gourmet Food students made Calzones & Stromboli's and the next day used leftover pizza dough to create garlic knots, cheesy garlic bread, and cinnamon twists.

🥣 🍓 🍪 Last week LHS students who participate in the Adams County Technical Institute (ACTI) program went to HACC Harrisburg to explore the Culinary Program. While there, students prepared soup, fruit salad, and made cookies which they enjoyed for lunch.
🍿 💙 💛 Popcorn Pop Up Challenge - Gourmet classes competed to see which team could make the best popcorn flavor. The focus was herbs & spices as they experimented mixing things up with popcorn flavoring blends.

The LHS Peer Tutoring initiative is happy to announce that PEER TUTORING will begin March 3rd. Peer tutoring will be offered Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday each week from 2:25pm to 3:00pm in the library. Students can sign up by using the link in their email or scanning the QR code on the lobby media boards.
