SPORTS PHYSICALS - June 12, 2024 @ ACES - For any students entering grades 7 to 12 for the 2024-2025 school year planning to participate in a sport.

Step 1 - Pay for Physicals - $15 per physical.
Step 2 - Complete Signup Genius to schedule your time for LHS Physicals.
Step 3 - Sections 5 & 6 - Complete this form and bring it to your physical time.
Step 4 - Get physical on 6/12/24 (or at your own doctor appointment).
Step 5 - Complete Healthy Roster questionnaire - see website for more information if you don't have an account yet.
(Skip Steps 1 & 2 if you are getting a physical with your own physician.)
JV Softball games scheduled for 4/29/24 at Eastern York and 4/30/24 vs Biglerville have been canceled.
