Our kindergarten students had a special opportunity to help make their mark on our school! They took part in deciding where artwork would be placed for a beautiful new hallway mural created by Kindergarten students with Sarah Jacobs as our resident artist.
It was exciting to see our youngest learners sharing their ideas and being part of a real creative process. We are so proud of their voices, creativity, and teamwork—and we can’t wait for everyone to enjoy the finished mural!

The Maple Avenue 8th grade students from Consumer Science came to visit our kindergarten classes for a special treat! They read a fun story to the students and then surprised them with an exciting game they created themselves. Laughter and smiles filled the room as the kindergarteners joined in the fun. It was a wonderful experience for everyone!

On Thursday, 15 fifth grade students from ACES attended the STEM Design Challenge at the LIU in New Oxford. Our students have worked for many hours to create sustainable factory machine models utilizing their engineering skills to create models, blueprints and presentations to share their amazing ideas. The teams performed well and were able to present their eco-friendly factory models to the judges.
Kindergarten had a very special visit yesterday!
A big thank you to Shauna from Dr. Ross Office for coming in and teaching our students all about the importance of taking care of their teeth. We loved learning how to keep our smiles bright and healthy during Dental Health Month!
