Sports physicals for students entering grades 7 to 12, planning to participate on athletic teams during the 2022-2023 school year, will be held at Littlestown High School on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, from 3:00-7:00 PM. Completed paperwork and the $15 fee (cash or check made payable to LASD) can be brought the day of the physical.
