Opening Day (August 18, 2026) was a wonderful opportunity to welcome our teachers and staff back to the Littlestown Area School District and celebrate the people who make our schools so special.
Our day was filled with connection, celebration, and plenty of Thunderbolt pride! We were honored to recognize years of service, celebrate our Outstanding Staff Award recipients, and hear an inspiring keynote from Mr. Stephen Speck.
We are also incredibly grateful to our luncheon sponsors at Edward Jones for helping make the day special, and to ACNB for treating our staff to a well-deserved ice cream celebration!
Thank you to our dedicated teachers and staff for all you do for our students, our schools, and our community. We are excited for all that the 2026–2027 school year has in store!
