Title I is a 100% Federally funded supplemental education program allocated to school districts enabling  them to provide additional learning supports to meet the needs of students. In Littlestown, Title I programs are designed to help children meet the state content and performance standards in reading and language arts. Five reading specialists at Alloway Creek Elementary School provide reading services to children with an identified need.
