Homebound instruction will be provided when an illness or disabling injury requires extensive absence from school (Policy #117, Homebound Instruction). Instruction can begin following receipt of approval from the attending physician. Tutoring time alloted by the Department of Education varies from three to five hours per week. On the secondary level it does not included "non-academic" areas. Applications are processed through the Gudiance office.
