Mr. Steve McMaster

Hi, my name is Steve McMaster, I am your Guidance Counselor at Alloway Creek Elementary School. I am very excited about the opportunity to work w/ all the fine students and staff at ACES. I received my bachelors degree from Kutztown University and my Masters Degree from McDaniel College. I thoroughly enjoy working with children and have done so since graduating from college. My background consists of Hoffman Homes for Youth, Manito Day Treatment Center, and Adams County Youth Advocate. Before my role as Guidance Counselor, I spent my first 12 years here at Littlestown Area School District as the Behavior Specialist in the Alternative Education Program. In my free time I enjoy coaching football, golfing, and spending time with my family; my son Colton, my daughter Cadi, my daughter Chloe, and my wife Carrie. We also have a black lab named Coach.

Mrs. Denise Lee

Hello….my name is Denise Lee. I am originally from the sunshine state of Florida were I received my Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida and then earned my Master’s Degree in school counseling from Western Maryland College. I currently live here in Littlestown with my husband and our two children Keira and Gavin.  Completing our family is the newest addition a Pomapoo puppy named Murphy.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors by the pool, reading and checking out the latest movies with my kids.

At our new K-5 school ACES, you might see me doing several things such as, meeting with students individually or in small groups, collaborating with school staff, parents and outside agencies, teaching guidance classroom lessons and being a friendly greeter at arrival and dismissal.  My goal is to support the social, emotional, and academic needs of our ACES students. During the elementary years it is the focus to help our students develop their self-concept, confidence as a learner and in their social skills while guiding them on this school career journey to discovering their passion. School counselors support students and families as they assist in working through challenges and stressors that may impact the student’s ability to learn. Please know my door is always open to our students and families, and I look forward to many exciting years of supporting the students of Alloway Creek Elementary School!  Little Bolts Fly World Class!!
