Color-Coded Parts of SpeechTo really bring home the concept of the different parts of speech, assign colors to each so that students can easily recognize them in sentences. Once the students become familiar with the colors, it becomes even more easy for them to notice what is needed in a sentence, and what part of speech each word is in any given sentence. You can assign
any color you like to the words. My own personal preferences are
