Kudos to Jill Rakowicz (K-5 art) and Bronya Schmoyer (High School art) for putting together an amazing story about how Kindergarten students can work together with high school students to bring the younger students' artwork to life. The teachers incorporated art standards at both levels as well as writing and collaboration.
In addition, they incorporated technology by using iPads to record some of the conversations between the students as well as a Google Doc to list questions and record the answers.
Kudos to the art teachers for creating such an important project for the students.
