Adopt-A-Highway - In the fall and spring of each year Interact cleans a 2 mile stretch of highway on route 97.

Trick or Treat for UNICEF - Each October Interact members  go trick or treating through out the Littlestown community collecting donations for UNICEF.

Hats On For Spina Bifida - In the month of November Interact sells a certificate to students allowing them to wear their hat in school on an assigned date. They sell these certificates for a dollar. Usually students are not allowed to wear their hats in school. This fund raiser benefits Spina Bifida

Red Cross Angel Tree - Interact members sell paper angels to students to sign and hang on a tree or on the walls. The proceeds from these are used to buy Christmas presents that are given to children that would not have much a Christmas otherwise. The interact students do the buying of these presents.

Cerebral Palsy Gift Wrapping - The gift Wrapping Both (before Christmas) at the North Hanover Mall is a fund raiser for the Cerebral Palsy Organization. For a time period over two weekends the interact students man this booth and wrap gifts for people for a fee. This money goes to help fight cerebral palsy.

Caroling for Cans - Interact members go Christmas caroling around the community collecting canned goods for the local food pantry.
