Parent-Teacher Conference

Dear K-5 Families,

The teachers are preparing for Parent-Teacher Conferences, which will be held on:

Monday, November 20, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Again this year, we will conduct parent-teacher conference sign-ups through a website called My Conference Time beginning on Monday, November 6, 2017. This is an on-line scheduler that permits the user to schedule a conference via the internet. Please follow the directions below to schedule your conference time. Timeslots fill quickly.  Please schedule your conferences by Sunday, November 19, 2017.

Sign-Up Directions

1. Go to the following website: https://www.myconferencetime.com/allowaycreek

    (Families with students in grades K-5 will access the conference scheduler through the same link.)

2. Click the folder that represents your student’s grade level.

3. Select your student’s teacher.

4. Click “Sign Up” and fill out required information...

...You have just scheduled a parent-teacher conference.

There is an option, just above the grade level folders, that will permit you to “register for multiple conferences.” Select this option if you have more than one student and would like to register multiple conferences without going back through the entire process. This option allows you to view similar timeslots of the different teachers.
